He then transitioned to car sales, spending 5½ years excelling at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda in Missouri and Arrowhead Honda in Peoria, Arizona, where he successfully sold over 1,000 vehicles and earned multiple sales awards.
In 2011, Michael followed in his father's footsteps—already a successful Realtor—entering the real estate industry. He has spent the past 15 years serving clients with Long Realty West Valley and HomeSmart, specializing in the vibrant West Valley communities. Michael's personal connection to Arizona runs deep. His grandparents purchased their home in the renowned active adult community of Sun City West in 1982, where he spent memorable summer visits as a child. His parents fulfilled their long-stated plan by relocating there in 2001 upon turning 55. Michael met his wife at a local tavern owned by his parents, and the couple married in 2004. After moving to Arizona in 2005, a brief return to St. Louis in 2007 due to homesickness led them back to the state in 2010. They chose Surprise, Arizona, as their permanent home, where they have raised their family and built their life ever since.
With a lifelong appreciation for the Arizona lifestyle—especially the welcoming, amenity-rich communities of the West Valley like Sun City West, Surprise, and surrounding areas—Michael brings genuine passion, insider knowledge, and proven expertise to every real estate transaction.
